You don’t like sewing with thin jersey fabric because of the edges curling? No worries: our jersey in rust keeps smooth edges thanks to its interlock knit pattern. This makes cutting and sewing this drapey fabric a lot easier. It is a wonderful fabric for T-shirts and dresses. We are very excited too that this beauty is made from Tencel: Tencel is made from cellulose (mostly beech wood) and has very good heat and moisture regulating properties. Less water is used in its production than for cotton cultivation and Tencel naturally has a slight sheen, which gives the fabric a slightly luxurious touch.

Please note: This fabric will shrink by 10-15% the first time it is washed as it is not pre-shrunk. Please bear this in mind when ordering and be sure to pre-wash the fabric before cutting.
