We ship from Germany to all countries of the European Union.

  • Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Other countries

  • Switzerland/Liechtenstein1

Your country is not listed?

International shipping can be complicated due to shipping and custom requirements, which is why we currently only ship to the countries listed. If your country is not included, please contact us at shop@stoffkollektiv.com and we will see what we can do.

Shipping costs and delivery times by country

The shipping costs initially stated in the shopping cart only apply to Germany. The final costs will be calculated after you have selected the delivery country. The regular shipping costs can be found in the table below, without taking into account any discounts and promotions.

We aim to process orders within three working days and to hand them over to our shipping service providers. Depending on the country of delivery, there are sometimes significant differences in the delivery times.

Please note that some countries may be subject to customs processing. We have no influence on the processing time through customs and this is not included in our shipping times. Any customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping service providers

We ship to all countries with DHL or Deutsche Post. Whenever possible, we ship climate neutrally with GoGreen.

Parcels in Germany can be tracked via a tracking code.

For international shipments tracking is not always possible.

Letters with fabric samples are sent without tracking.

Plastic-free packaging

We package our fabrics only with paper or cardboard and thus completely plastic-free. All materials can go into the paper waste unseparated. We use thermal transfer printing for our shipping labels. Normal paper is printed with wax. The labels can therefore be disposed of together with the packaging.

Returns

In principle, cut fabrics are excluded from exchange. However, should you be dissatisfied with the quality or colour of a delivered item, please contact us and we will find a solution. The customer bears the costs for any returns.

Payment on invoice

The invoice will be sent by mail. Payment is due 14 days after receipt of the invoice. To limit default risks, the purchase on account is linked to shopping basket properties.
